Posture assessment

The green lines are  grid set according to the corridor skirting board and door jamb (adjusted to the angle of the camera).

The purple line is my attempt to trace your spine. The spine is bent and twisted.

You didn't have to really do push ups to show this. Just simply standing, would show the same problem, although, less pronounced. The added stimulus of doing a pushup will inevitably increase the conditions present, in your case twists and bends.

So if you have a good look, you will see that you drop your left hip down, compared to the right one.

You also shorten your torso mainly on the left side. That  is, if you locate the front of your 8th ribs, just before they start turning sideways and you locate your iliacs (anterior superior iliac spine), you are shortening the distance between the left iliac and the left 8th rib

Notice your elbows, you have left elbow consistently further to the back, but your palms are placed evenly. Since the hand / lower arm / upper arm / clavicle / shoulderblade is a closed link chain, the discrepancy in the elbows must show in the scapulas. Which it does.

Can't see your knees / feet, but very likely there will be differences as well.

You have a postural issue and doing pushups just aggravates the present pattern. If you take images standing, the same patterns will be present. Just in a different dimension (upright).
