Posture assessment

Here is what I can see and identify.

Feet in a wrong position. Toes apart, heels together, too wide stance. The blue lines (outsteps) should be parallel and heels closer to each other.
The blue and white markers (ankles, knees, iliacs, bottom and top sternum) should all be on the green line.
Knees aren't too bad.

Pelvis (lower torso) is slightly rotated forwards and down at the iliacs (and sacrum is slightly lifted) but I've seen much worse around here. To rotate the pelvis back a little more shouldn't be too much of a problem here. However, the slope of the belt of your under wear indicates the slight counterclockwise rotation. Imagine, you would want to rotate the pelvis down at the back, in such a way for the belt to go horizontal. That's about as much as you would need to rotate the pelvis.

Now, your ribcage (upper torso). Rotating clockwise (white object) in exactly the opposite direction to the pelvis. Except, the ribcage is rotating much more compared to the pelvis.

These two rotations create the shape of your spine (red curve). Causing you to shorten and narrow your torso. It also contributes to the shape of your abdomen.

Apart from retracting your arms back and up, you are also jamming your head into your neck. If you would move your face forward and up, you would completely loose the double chin now visible.

From the front and back view, you can clearly see you are loading predominantly your right leg. I'm not sure if this loading of the right side has anything to do with your map of where you feel pain, but it would be something worth investigating.

You could devise a plan how to shift the load on your left leg and see if you get any different feelings / sensations.

This is all perfectly fixable.
